The NTSE and kvpy scholarship funding aim miss

I should have taken a Bus to Banashankari and then 4 th block and walked 2 km where isthe kvpy account no also I don't know if I could have spent scholarship money on it .. they directly deducted school money without giving hand cash for creative ecommerce to buy computer science book..
