Even fan has control of Speed why not internet..


[4/25, 04:42] Harish Exinc Teaching & stnr 716: Wish there was an app to limit speed to 800 kbps from 30 Mbps sometimes at home to work on important things.. for entrepreneurship.  This is what I didn't have at iit too.. like speedometer tester and controller.
