[4/22, 19:54] Dr. Harish Ravi: Mom you gave 5 lakhs in 2020. I bought construction stuff including a couch for 2 lakh or even more I don't remember. You and appa used MacBook pro more than me for 1.5 lakhs. Appa also got cell phone for 30 k and attai for 8 k. I also paid for home functions for 20 k. Totally I retured 3 lakhs or more. Thus, the taxable amount is just 1 lakhs. I also paid 40 k ITR in 2019 thinking I had to pay but I didn't have to pay anything.. You seem to have seized my vehicles library etc..
[4/22, 20:00] Dr. Harish Ravi: The remaining amounts are spent as such every month as it's 15k-20k everymonth 4 k untility bills and 3 k groceries. 2 k eating out 1-2 k donations and other bills. Thus it's left only 8 k per month or about 1 lakh per year.. after that.. Jannu gives 50 k or just 1.5 lakhs. You also clearly told me that the 5 lakh is to be spread out for home purchases over 60 years as you don't have any lumpsome coming your way.. Hope this accountancy is clear..
[4/22, 20:02] Dr. Harish Ravi: I have full Excel sheet proofs of all transactions if interested..
[4/22, 20:13] Dr. Harish Ravi: That way if you see is the good grace rent and food also taxable? So that's worth a lakh atleast for all dependents. If you want to be evil more..
[4/22, 20:24] Dr. Harish Ravi: I have only 80 k in hand now it's enough food for 6 months before relocating to relatives if something happens and i don't see it increasing to large amounts..
My mom had also given me 6 lakhs in age 3 as it had some tax benifit. I gave it to parents back due to idioticity and took it back.. I spent it and a 2 lakh and 1 lakh FD is remaining from 2014..
I also donated about 2 lakhs total or more and reduced..
