E=\integral f(∆)mc^(2-∆)cs^∆ with ∆=0 as simple solution which is large.. where c is speed of light and cs is speed of sound.

A more complex equation is E=m^(1-∆)G^-∆ c^(2+2∆) r^∆ where there is a link to gravity and size too..

Ultimately we take a plutonium reactor and see what is power given and mass remaining..
