I have marketed several people, countries religions, science etc science etc on twitter, facebook, email etc long story over several years. We can use this blog to improve it. Obviously McCalteO' stands out and I market universities but several things.

I even market languages etc.

I did a course too.

The people get mentions when we say @ on twitter. I have made several vidoes on science showing how cool and enjoyable it is to be a doctor and even cooler to be a virtual prof or just prof in general.

Overall it has come out well despite some setbacks. But it shows that most are happy.
